The daily newspaper market was down -1% on October, with The Daily Express performing best with only a 0.7% rise from October to 537,236 copies.
The Financial Times and Daily Record saw the biggest losses, down -3.9% and -5.6%, respectively.
The Independent, currently looking for an investor, dropped -1.2%, shedding 48,800 readers to hit a new low of just 79,000.
In the Sunday market, The Sunday Times dipped below 900,000 copies for the first time, falling 1% month-on-month to 894,992.
The Sun on Sunday remains reasonably flat, but is still losing readers at just over 2 million (-1.3%).
Meanwhile, The Mail on Sunday fell 1% to 1,732,385 copies, but The Daily Star Sunday is the biggest loser, down -5.3%, dropping to 368,268 copies.
The Sunday market fell -2% from October.
