Leaderboarded.com, a service for managers to rank people in their community based on multiple data sources, provided a Twitter leaderboard at Media Playground last week in a bid to engage delegates and discover the most influential person at the event.
The competition for the most influence in the digital space was based around the event hashtag #MTplayground, which automatically entered tweeters in to the competition.
The leaderboard screen received lots of interest from delegates - myself included. It was a good example of interaction in the digital world, which was being discussed throughout the four sessions - Screen, Data, Social Media and Mobile Advertising.
Jacqui Hill, commercial director at 1000heads (pictured below with Toby Beresford, founder of Leaderboarded), raced to the top of the leaderboard, beating corporate Twitter accounts such as News International and Propeller Group.
