Infographic: Closing ceremony tweets
Kantar Group has teamed up with social media analytics company Vigiglobe to produce this infographic, which offers minute-by-minute analysis of the tweets containing mentions of the Olympic closing ceremony (in English).
The results show popular spikes when One Direction, the Spice Girls, Beady Eye and Eric Idle performed on the night.
Earlier today, Shazam also released results from the ceremonies with data on the most-Shazamed songs, which included “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” by Eric Idle, “Price Tag” by Jessie J and “Wannabe” by the Spice Girls.
