Sizmek appoints new UK MD

Sizmek has promoted Andrew Morsy to the newly created role of UK managing director.

In his new role, Morsy will be responsible for helping to transform and grow Sizmek’s UK division, as well as managing the business’ relationships with agencies, publishers and advertisers.

Morly joined Sizmek in 2015 as associate vice president of media solutions EMEA following Sizmek’s acquisition of StrikeAd, where Morsy was vice president of sales EMEA. He became Sizmek’s vice president of sales for UK and Northern Europe in 2016.

“With his strong leadership skills, clear vision, and digital advertising expertise, Morsy is perfectly placed to help Sizmek achieve its ambitious growth plans for 2017 and beyond,” said Andrew Bloom, SVP international sales and business development.

“With the recent acquisition by Vector Capital, new product enhancements in areas such as programmatic and dynamic creative, and strong 2016 results, we look forward to replicating this success in 2017.”
