Wunderman UK hires new managing partner

Wunderman UK has announced the appointment of James Irvine as managing partner.

In his new role, Irvine will be responsible for realising the future ambitions of clients and advancing the business’ talent in the areas of creative, data and technology.

He joins from creative agency VCCP where he served as head of account management and was part of the team who led an agency of 85, and responsible for delivering work to EasyJet and Nationwide.

“James is a proven leader who will help develop our award-winning talent as well as steer the agency’s future ambition,” said Pip Hulbert, Wunderman UK CEO.

“We’re excited to having him on board, helping the Wunderman teams deliver world-class marketing solutions and experiences to clients across creativity, data and technology.”

Irvine added: “I was inspired to join Wunderman because of its commitment to delivering great experiences; whether that’s to a client, a client’s end customer or a staff member. I am looking forward to joining this great team and making future-ready work.”
