Video: Leading industry names share their hopes for 2019
To kick start the year, senior names from the UK’s media industry gathered at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in central London for Mediatel’s annual Year Ahead event on Wednesday (9 Jan).
Mediatel CEO Derek Jones was joined by Tracy De Groose, executive Chair, Newsworks and Kathryn Jacob OBE, CEO, Pearl & Dean, media commentator Torin Douglas and journalist and Newsline columnist Raymond Snoddy for an afternoon of debate, analysis and crystal ball gazing.
As always, the event was under Chatham House Rule, but we caught up with the panel, as well as senior Bloomberg analyst Matthew Bloxham and Ad Association boss Stephen Woodford to hear their hopes for 2019. @MediatelNews
