The International Ad Association is hosting another of its free mentoring experiences this month for anyone looking to develop their career in the media and advertising industry.

The event, supported by Mediatel Newsline, offers a rare opportunity to quiz some of the industry’s most prominent senior executives face-to-face for job guidance and insight on the strategies which advanced them through their careers.

With a format modelled on speed dating, a maximum of three mentees per mentor will rotate on a ten minute time-slot, giving you the chance to have a meaningful exchange with every mentor.

This opportunity is open to anyone with a curious mind but will prove to be particularly valuable for junior employees who don’t have access to training programs within their companies.

Plus, on top of all that hugely valuable career advice, there is also an open bar.

Mentors this month include: Adah Parris, Consultant, Futurist and Cultural Innovator; Ajoy Roy-Chowdhury, Agency Development Lead, Facebook; Gordana Buccisano, EVP Global Client Transformation, Havas International; Jane Riley, Global Client Lead, Publicis; Paul Hood, Digital Marketing Director, News UK; and Victoria Luck, Global Client Services Director, JCDecaux, amongst others.

To help improve the experience, the IAA UK is eager to hear from people who would like to take part and offer their mentoring services.
