In this week's Media and Marketing Podcast, host John Reynolds is joined by Norm Johnston, CEO of Unruly, Isabel Massey, group digital director at Diageo, and Stephan Loerke, CEO of the World Federation of Advertisers, to discuss the Global Alliance for Responsible Media.

The alliance, which was announced last month during Cannes, is to focus on "digital safety" for brands. Members include large advertisers, agencies, adtech companies and online platforms.

The three industry leaders discuss who is involved in the alliance, why it is so important that Google, Facebook and Twitter are onboard, what powers it will have, and how it will lead to a step change in how the platforms police objectionable content.
