The Ozone Project, a joint digital ad sales house for publishers, has announced three new appointments to its marketing, trading and account management functions.

Bryan Scott joins as marketing communications director with over two decades’ experience in the media and advertising sector, having previously held positions at Capital Radio, Daily Mail publisher DMGT and, most recently, outdoor media owner Primesight. He will report into CEO Damon Reeve.

Meanwhile, Lucille Brune joins as head of trading from her position at Captify as trading director, where she worked across Havas, Publicis, and OMD, among other agencies.

Reporting into Craig Tuck, managing director of The Ozone Project’s ad business, Brune will focus on implementing campaign optimisation strategies specifically tailored to drive revenue growth and improve the advertiser experience.

Elsewhere, STAQ’s Karen Ritchie has been appointed head of account management to manage and build long-term relationships with publishers. She will report into Dipti Patel, director of business development.

“As we complete our first year, The Ozone Project has made significant progress in delivering real scale for brands reaching engaged audiences in brand-safe and quality environments,” said Reeve.

“Delivering these results for advertisers are a wonderful and dynamic team, and we’re delighted that Lucille, Bryan and Karen are joining as we build the digital advertising environment of the future for brands and publishers.”
