Starcom elevates Claire Kula

Starcom has promoted Claire Kula to managing partner, leading strategy across clients such as Lidl, AXA, Alcon and Novartis in the UK.

Kula was formerly business director at the Publicis agency, a role she held for 18 months. She has 15 years’ experience in the industry in total, joining Publicis Media in 2008 as digital strategy director for P&G.

Most recently, she has helped retain and grow Publicis Groupe’s Power of One proposition for AXA.

“I am thrilled to have been appointed to Managing Partner. I look forward to redefining the way we drive value and new commercial solutions for our clients,” Kula said, adding that her promotion is a “great example” of Starcom supporting parents and elevating them into senior leadership positions.

She will report into Starcom UK’s managing director, Nadine Young, who added: “Claire is a key member of the leadership team. Her passion and enthusiasm for digital and her strategic leadership skills have been crucial to us and our clients.

“This promotion is most deserved and we are certainly looking forward to seeing Starcom thrive with Claire on board this year.”
