4Sales poaches Manning Gottlieb OMD’s Clare Peters

Channel 4 has hired Clare Peters to lead its newly created client sales team within its ad sales division, 4Sales.

Reporting to Matt Salmon, interim director of sales, Peters will lead 4Sales’ client sales strategy and manage its dedicated client sales teams across London and Manchester in the newly created role of deputy head of client sales.

Peters is currently chief business strategist at Manning Gottlieb OMD and has worked with clients including John Lewis, Age UK and Virgin Trains. She has spent 15 years with the media agency where she also held the position of head of planning for six years.

Peters will lead a 12 strong team that will be embedded into the four integrated agency & client sales groups.
