Will your company stand shoulder to shoulder with us?

Will your company stand shoulder to shoulder with us?

Mediatel Events is asking which media organisations are willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with us on July 14 when we stream our second Future of Diversity event, as we launch a new charity sponsorship model.

The Future of Diversity: Standing Shoulder to Shoulder was born in the wake of The Black Lives Matter protests and an open letter, signed by over 200 advertising leaders, committing to “actions, not words” by prioritising diversity, equality and inclusion, and harnessing “the cultural power of advertising” to bring prominence to the crisis of racial injustice.

Our agenda, created with the help of key figures within the industry, hopes to help drive this conversation further, showcase the best of black talent in media and advertising, debate the important (and sometimes uncomfortable) questions, and deliver real advice and actionable insights.

We are delighted to announce that, through a new sponsorship model, Mediatel Events will be offering your business the opportunity to get involved and support three organisations which work daily to end racism and racial bias and which have a strong impact on our industry: 56 Black Men, The Brixton Finishing School and It’s All Blakademik.

In this special scheme, every single penny of sponsorship money will go towards these organisations.

If you think your company should be supporting this event, we have four tiers of sponsorship:

  • Headline Sponsor (one available): £5,000
  • Gold Sponsor: £2,000
  • Silver Sponsor: £1,000
  • Bronze Sponsor: £500

We will also be asking viewers to make a voluntary donation to one/all of these organisations during the stream as we put on this eight-hour event for free for the industry.

If you are interested in sponsoring and showing your support, then please contact Head of Events, Steven Scaffardi.

This is The Future of Diversity: Standing Shoulder to Shoulder. Join us as we play our part in building a better industry.
