Mobsta’s Longley elevated to MD amid raft of senior hires

Location and operator data specialist Mobsta has promoted its former client director, Matt Longley, to managing director with immediate effect.

The news comes following the company’s announcement that its technology partner, Ericsson Emodo, has sealed a partnership with 3UK to verify supply and audiences.

Since arriving at Mobsta, Longley has worked with a variety of startups to introduce them to mobile, while working closely with the sales and product teams to increase their understanding of clients’ needs.

He joined the business just under two years ago from Dentsu Aegis Network, where he was group head at media agency Vizeum. He has also held senior roles at Carat, as well as GroupM’s M4C.

“This is a hugely exciting new chapter for Mobsta,” Longley said. “We have a clear focus to deliver world-class campaigns for our clients and I couldn’t be prouder to be asked to lead our extraordinarily talented team”.

Meanwhile, Mobsta’s David Graham has been promoted to business director after nearly four years with the company. He will lead the business’ sales team alongside new hire Emma Sullivan, who will join Mobsta from Future in early 2021 as a second business director.

The pair will report into heads of sales Adrian Manian in London and Adam Meli regionally.

Commenting on the appointments, chief revenue officer Maxwell Jasper Brown said: “The line of promotions we’ve recently made recognises the talent we have within the business, and the need to adapt our structure to support demand and the exciting new product launches we are taking to market.

“2021 is set to be Mobsta’s most exciting year yet with a string of product releases planned across the year, and we look forward to working with our agencies and clients on developing these.”
