Bountiful Cow adds to leadership team

Media agency, Bountiful Cow has made two new senior hires to drive strategic output and lead business pitches.

Chetan Murthy joins as chief strategy officer and Zoe Haywood as managing partner. Both will report to interim CEO, Nick Maddison when they start on 12 April.

Founded in 2016, with backing from the7stars, Bountiful Cow works with brands including Klarna, Virgin Red, Camden Town Brewery, STX Entertainment, Movember, The Slimming Clinic and Charlie Bigham’s.

Murthy has worked in the industry for over 15 years, most recently as a strategy consultant for agencies including M&C Saatchi Performance, Been There Done That and Droga 5.

Prior to this, Murthy held senior strategy roles at Carat, MEC, and WPP Redfuse Hong Kong, before joining Vizeum as global head of strategy in 2014.

Murthy replaces Graeme Douglas who departs the agency later this year.

Haywood joins from the7stars where she has been for 13 years, working as the client lead for the last six years.

During that time, Haywood has worked with brands such as Twinings, Papa John’s, Dogs Trust and GWR.

The new hires follow on from the appointment of Ian Daly as head of AV, who joined from the7stars earlier this year.
