The Specialist Works promotes Rutland to head of AV

Independent media agency The Specialist Works has promoted Alice Rutland to head of AV.

Rutland joined The Specialist Works at an entry-level position seven years ago and was previously AV director. She has been tasked with overseeing media planning and delivery across the entire AV spectrum.

The agency had appointed former Thinkbox head of AV Sam Olive to the role last year, but Olive left the agency towards the end of 2022.

The agency’s clients include Neilson Financial Services, Frasers Group, Auto Trader, Hastings Direct, and Many Pets.
