Yesterday afternoon senior folk from the UK's media industry gathered at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in central London for Mediatel's annual Year Ahead event.

Mediatel CEO Derek Jones was joined by GroupM & WPP's chief transformation officer, Lindsay Pattison, Thinkbox chair Tess Alps, media commentator Torin Douglas and journalist and Newsline columnist Raymond Snoddy, for an afternoon of lively and punchy debate that addressed some of the biggest challenges this industry faces.
