The former CEO of Bauer Media UK, Paul Keenan, has been elevated to a group-wide position as president of audio, while Rob Munro-Hall, former group MD, will now be co-head of Bauer Media Group's global publishing business and CEO of the publishing business in the UK.

Keenan is to lead Bauer's audio business, including broadcast radio, webcasting and podcasts, with a focus on digital transformation worldwide.

Meanwhile, Munro-Hall will focus on shaping Bauer's publishing business across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, USA, Poland, France and Russia.

Both Keenan and Munro-Hall will report into group chief operating officer Veit Dengler, who said: "Paul and Rob bring a wealth of experience to these newly created roles.

"These appointments reflect Bauer’s commitment to both new and established formats and our aims in audio for maximum growth in this sector throughout the Group’s markets and beyond."
